Successful visit of executives from Porto do Açu, Brazil largest Port, to Dundee in July.

Ricardo de Luca and Luiz Felipe Bretas Rozo had the chance to explore decommissioning opportunities in the UK.

In a programme arranged by Callum Falconer and Jim Christie of Forth and Tay Decommissioning Alliance, the purpose of their visit was to learn about the collaboration model being developed by the Alliance, and meet with key companies, organisations and government bodies involved in this industry. The visit was supported by Scottish Development International and facilitated by Decom North Sea. This initiative was a result of Jim and Callum’s visit to Brazil in June to participate in the DIT’s Conference UK & Brazil Partners in Energy, held on the 4th June in Rio de Janeiro.
